The Wonders of Mother Nature. Galapagos tortoises can weigh over 900 pounds (400 kg) and can live over 100 years. Here, we celebrate our Galapagos friend who has found himself planted on Long Bay Beach in Provo Caribbean. The tortoise seems to be interested in the electrical show on the horizon--perhaps he is contemplating Mother Nature's magical wonders. It leaves me thinking that the tortoise is a magical wonder too--what a thoughtful creature that we have to admire!
